About Us
Jack Thompson is the founder of A All Animal Control of Puget Sound. He has a fine team of expert employees. A All Animal Control was founded in 2005, but all team members have been involved in nuisance wildlife much longer, and the national organization has been around since 1995.
Please read our bios:
Jack Thompson
Jack Thompson is the founder of A All Animal Control of Puget Sound. He was born in Olympia, and grew up in Centralia on a small family farm. He has worked with livestock and wildlife conflicts most of his childhood. He trapped weasels for a neighbor's chicken farm, and managed starling issues in his Dad's grain fields.
His passion for the outdoors led him to a degree in Wildlife Biology from Washington State University. Jack then joined the Army as a Military Police Game Warden at Ft Wainwright, AK, where he was called upon to get marmots out of the roads and Moose off the airfield on the base. After a tour in Iraq, Jack left the Army and started his business in nuisance wildlife control. Jack chose to sign with the National operation of A All Animal Control to help get established. Like many new business start-ups, Jack worked long hours every day, quickly establishing his business as the best Nuisance Wildlife operation in Washington State. It wasn't long before he had to expand beyond a one-man operation as people all over the State realized there was a new, better nuisance wildlife service than had been previously available.
Jack still handles the most difficult or weirdest calls himself, but the demands of running a business with multiple employees and a constantly ringing phone keep him in the office most of the time. Still, he likes getting out in the field and getting dirty, and is happy to take as many jobs as he can fit into his loaded schedule.
Jack is proud of the Team he has assembled, and you can be assured that anyone he sends out on your job will have the full backing of training and expertise from his many years of experience handling wildlife and studying wildlife, and the full experience of the over 30 national offices of the A All Animal Control team.
Tom Warner
Tom has been with A All Animal Control of Puget Sound longer than any other employee. He grew up in SE Thurston County and has been an outdoor enthusiast for as long as he can remember. One of his earliest outdoor memories is of being chased by a pack of Coyotes. Fortunately his trusty dog was on hand to rescue him. These days, Tom does the rescuing when people are dealing with dangerous or destructive wildlife problems. Tom has been solving wildlife mysteries for decades now, having been hired while still in grammar school to track the whereabouts of a missing pet and following its trail to the site of a cougar attack.
Tom moved into the field of home construction after high school and has built homes all over the USA. This knowledge of building construction makes him able to ferret out even the most hidden animal entry points.
Tom has also been a youth pastor with his church helping youth to overcome personal challenges and face difficult situations. He understands how a wildlife infestation can affect more than just the structure of your home, but also its sanctity as your private retreat. He can help you to feel secure in knowing that he will have it resolved quickly and professionally.
Tom?s lifetime experience in all aspects of nuisance wildlife control makes him one of the best field technicians in the state, if not the country. With Tom on your job, you can be sure it will be done right.
Jason O'Brien
Jason is the newest technician on the A All Animal Control team, but he is far from being a novice. Jason comes from a long family history of Entrepreneurial spirit and old fashioned practicality. He has spent most of his life helping his father operate their family run custom-home building and remodeling business. He also has enjoyed a lifetime of family outings in the great outdoors. Hiking, camping, fishing, bird watching and many others. He has a keen eye for appreciating the finer points of nature and uses that passion to better serve his clients.
Jason didn't let the housing market slump get him down when he could no longer stay busy helping his dad. He quickly shook it off and found work here at A All Animal Control. Jason is a model of positive thinking and problem solving. Mental attitudes that serve him well in identifying and solving animal problems.
Jason's construction know-how and personal passion mean that no matter what damage may have been done to your house, he has the knowledge and skills to fix it right. Jason has already proven himself to be a keen wildlife management professional, and we expect he will soon prove to be one of the best field technicians in the state, if not the country. With Jason on your job, you can be sure it will be done right.
Mike Holmquist
Mike Holmquist is the most experienced all around pest controller on the team. Mike has been in the Pest Control industry for many years and has lived all over the country. He has worked for industry giants such as Terminix, and also for many small family operations. Mike prides himself on being able to tell minute differences between different species of insects, or being able to identify mice and rats with evidence most others would miss. He has received technician of the month awards from many pest control companies.
Mike enjoys a variety of extreme sports in his free time. He has been a champion freestyle skier, and also enjoys motocross, jet skis, and other activities. We all think he's a little crazy, but I guess we all must be a little bit to be willing to confront angry raccoons in their dens. Maybe that's why Mike prefers working the exciting nuisance wildlife side of Pest control over the relatively routine job of insect spraying.
Mike's experience in the general pest control world makes him a welcome addition to the A All Animal Control Team. We know that for those mystery jobs that seem beyond the abilities of most run-of-the-mill techs, Mike has the experience and drive to make sure the problem is identified correctly and proscribe the most efficient means to get it done.
Mike's personal drive and experience in all aspects of pest control makes him one of the best field technicians in the state, if not the country. With Mike on your job, you can be sure it will be done right.
Jorge Alfaro
Jorge is our on-call extra help. When we have those jobs that get too big even for two men to handle, Jorge is the always eager 3rd. He is also always ready to help as a 2nd when Jeff is too busy taking care of vehicles and maintenance of business assets to be there.
Jorge is a model of work ethic and pursuit of the American Dream. Jorge is an immigrant who took the hard road of legal immigration to come to America. He is a husband and father who never gives up, and is always willing to put in the extra time and effort necessary to finish a job right.
We can count on Jorge to keep going no matter how tough the job conditions are. He sometimes seems like a superhero, able to handle the dirtiest, smelliest, and most exhausting jobs without complaint.
If you see Jorge on your job, you can be sure that he is ready to do whatever it takes to get your house fixed up right.
Jeff Kreutzer
Jeff is our team mechanic. With four trucks each going over 30,000 miles a year, plus all our side equipment like construction machinery, saws, trimmers, trailers, and backup vehicles, it takes attention to detail and a special perfectionism to keep those machines humming safely, efficiently, and full time.
Jeff is responsible for the long life of our fleet vehicles. Our most traveled truck has over 260,000 miles without a major breakdown, and we owe Jeff for that. Not only does his dedication save us lost time on jobs, it also saves us money on vehicle and travel expenses which we can pass on to our clients.
Jeff doesn't just help with the fleet machines, he also is a hard worker on job sites. Jeff is ready and willing to lend a hand when the field technicians need help with large jobs. He has helped clean, sanitize, and restore so many damaged houses we've lost count. He has also helped fortify homes against wildlife invasion. He helps in every aspect of the field technicians' jobs.
If you see Jeff helping one of our technicians on a job, you can be sure that you've got one of the most dedicated, conscientious workers around. He will make sure that nothing is missed and the job is completed to the last detail.
Clifford the Wonder Dog
Because we wonder what kind of dog he is...
Clifford has been with A All Animal Control for 6 years. Rescued from almost certain death at the canine prison for the heinious crime of barking at all hours of the day and night in a gated community. Clifford is the only member of the team that has ever been on death row at a government prison facility.
The first question most people ask about Clifford is, "What kind of dog is he?" That is an excellent question, and one that we usually answer with, "He's a good dog who is a big help."
Clifford has several important duties for A All Animal Control. His most direct assistance is provided when he is actually a primary service technician. Clifford's specialty is finding hidden nests, carcasses, and trapped animals when other detection methods fail. He has the best nose on the team, and also the best ears. Another important A All Animal Control function that Clifford does well is guarding our equipment. We have a lot of hardware, tools, and vehicles parked at our office that he provides 24 hour security for. He also keeps the grounds free of wildlife, except one scrub jay which he seems to have a Snoopy/Woodstock relationship with... He runs off all other comers, but that jay can eat out of his food dish, and he lets it play on the computer.
If you see Clifford on your property, he's there to help however he can to make sure all the wild animals are found.
